Jonothon Doubleday – Executive Director
Jonothon has been director of AusPac Ingredients for the last 13 years. Jonothon has been actively involved in the feed additive industry for the past 16 years in various positions and is the current President of the Feed Ingredients Association of Australia (FIAAA). Education Background: Bachelor of Applied Science, Masters in Business.
Philip Lambeth – Executive Director
As joint founder of AusPac Ingredients Pty Ltd in 2005, Philip brings over 30 years sales and marketing experience to the business. He has been involved in animal agriculture for all of that time both in the fields of animal health and feed additives. Philip has a Bachelor of Management in Rural Business.
Christine Clark – Sales & Marketing Director
Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural & Resource Economics, Summa Cum Laude from Oregon State University, Eastern Oregon State College (1997). Christine joined AusPac in 2008.
Focus with AusPac:
- Cover areas of: Victoria, South Australia, Southern New South Wales, and Western Australia.
- Servicing current customers; mainly in the stock feed and animal feed industries, particularly promoting our agency range of products.
- Technical representative for product introduction/support.
- Organisation of product trials.
Michael Ryan – Sales Manager Rural Stores
Michael has been in the stock feed industry for some 12 years now. In his previous role as Operations Manager, with a large stock feed manufacturer, he was charged with controlling 3 warehouses on the Eastern seaboard including warehouse management, freight and transport control, inventory management, sales, staffing and recruitment. His overall experience in this industry has allowed him to transition into a sales role with AusPac.
Predominately selling commodities but not restricted to, he looks after produce stores, retails outlets and stock feed mills in Victoria, southern NSW, eastern South Australia and Tasmania.
Damian Armstrong – Sales Manager Preservation
Damian has spent over 10 years in rendering operations in a management role, and 2 years in hygiene and sanitation. His experience with “Hot-spot” identification, rendering hygiene and implementation of action plans to control bacterial contamination and re-contamination will be a benefit to any company targeting zero salmonella.
Damian is passionate in assisting customers with training in the correct use of preservations products, setting up site specific policies and procedures and importantly following up with employee training programs.
Nathan Dwyer – Key Account Manager
Nathan has taken on the position of Key Account Manager in February 2018, focusing on speciality applications in the feed and feed hygiene sectors covered by Auspac Ingredients. Prior to joining Auspac Ingredients, Nathan was based in South East Asia for 16 years working as a Technical Sales Manager for enzyme and remediation applications in multiple industries across North, South and South East Asia. He has built experience delivering these new and existing environmentally friendly technologies to markets such as animal feed and aquaculture, protein processing, brewing and viticulture, starch modification, flour and baking, textiles, pulp and paper and waste water treatment. Nathan looks forward to working in this new challenging position to help enable his business partners to realise the benefits that the Auspac Ingredients range of products can provide.
